A star-studded committee has been unveiled to choose Pakistan’s official entry for the Oscars within the Best International Feature Film class.
Members of the committee embrace director and cinematographer Bilal Lashari, author and director Saim Sadiq, actor Fawad Khan, writer Fatima Bhutto, PR maven Frieha Altaf, filmmaker Haya Fatima Iqbal, documentary filmmaker Madeeha Syed, filmmaker Mehreen Jabbar, veteran actor Nadia Afgan and actor Ahmed Ali Akbar.
Over the following month, the committee will overview eligible movies and choose the entry that finest represents Pakistani cinema.
